Job summary

Kimley-Horn in Orlando is seeking a ProjectWise Administrator to join our in-office team. You will configure, administer, and upgrade ProjectWise and related enterprise applications, supporting over 100 users across multiple projects.

This role requires a solid background in Bentley ProjectWise, strong communication, and the ability to collaborate with internal teams and Bentley SMEs. On-site position with opportunities to influence engineering workflows and document management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or related discipline, plus 8 years related experience.
• Solid ProjectWise knowledge with 4+ years as ProjectWise administrator supporting 100+ users.
• Bentley ProjectWise Administration Accreditation (Basic).
• Understanding of relational databases, including administration, operation, and maintenance.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to collaborate with internal teams, external clients, and stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Configuring and administering ProjectWise and enterprise-level apps including installation, maintenance, patching, upgrades, and code management.
• Delivering configuration and enhancement for workflows, templates, and document properties.
• Creating rendition profiles and ICs renditions; coordinating with SMEs.
• Coordinating PW365 integrations with ProjectWise Design Integration server.
• Liaising with Bentley SMEs to maintain cloud environment configuration.
• Delivering PW user and administrator training; providing end-user support.
