Job summary

Kimley-Horn in Orange County, CA is seeking a ProjectWise Administrator to join our in-office team. You will configure, administer, and maintain ProjectWise environments, supporting 100+ users and coordinating with Bentley SMEs.

Responsibilities include implementing integration services PW365 with ProjectWise Design Integration, building templates, workflows, and training users. Strong problem-solving and documentation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related field with 8+ years of experience.
• Strong ProjectWise administration experience (4+ years) supporting 100+ users.
• Knowledge of relational databases and enterprise workflows.

Responsibilities

• Configuring and administering ProjectWise and enterprise apps; install, maintain, patch, upgrade, and manage code.
• Deliver/configure enhancements: workflows, templates, document properties.
• Create/maintain rendition profiles, unmanaged profiles, and ICS rendition.
• Coordinate with software SMEs on integration features and functionality.
• Coordinate software features, testing, and releases.
• Manage ProjectWise Change Management Tasks.
• Oversee PW365 integrations with ProjectWise Design Integration server.
• Liaise with Bentley SMEs to maintain cloud configuration.
• Engage in innovative projects as a subject matter expert.
• Work with project teams to identify PW opportunities and client needs.
• Coordinate and deliver ProjectWise end-user and admin training.
• Manage Deliverables Management workflows.
• Provide end-user support for ProjectWise tools.
• Support ProjectWise Web and ProjectWise Drive.
• Coordinate installation of cache servers with IT stakeholders.
