Job summary

Kimley-Horn in Atlanta is seeking a ProjectWise Administrator to join our Midtown office in person. The role focuses on configuring and administering ProjectWise and related enterprise apps, including PW365 integration, workflow engines, and templates to meet client needs.

You will coordinate with Bentley SMEs, manage change tasks, deliver training, and support PW Web/Drive with a strong emphasis on documentation and collaboration across internal teams and external clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering plus 8 years related experience.
• 4+ years as ProjectWise administrator supporting 100+ users.
• Bentley ProjectWise Administration Accreditation (Basic).
• An understanding of relational databases, including administration, operation, and maintenance.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to collaborate with internal teams, clients, agencies, and stakeholders.
• Technical writing and documentation skills.
• Detail-oriented with problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Configuring and administration of ProjectWise and enterprise-level apps including installation, maintenance, and upgrades.
• Delivering configuration and enhancements to meet business requirements like workflows and templates.
• Creating and maintaining rendition profiles and related settings.
• Coordinating with software SMEs on integration features.
• Coordinating feature development, testing and releases.
• Managing ProjectWise Change Management tasks.
• Implementing PW365 integration with ProjectWise Design Integration server.
• Liaising with Bentley SMEs to maintain cloud configurations.
• Engaging on innovative projects as a subject matter expert.
• Identifying client needs for PW implementation with internal teams.
• Coordinating and delivering ProjectWise user and administrator training.
• Managing Deliverables Management workflows and end-user support.
• Supporting ProjectWise Web and Drive and coordinating cache server installations.
