Job summary

Kimley-Horn in Phoenix, AZ, is seeking a ProjectWise Administrator for an in-office role. You will configure and manage ProjectWise environments, implement enhancements, and coordinate with Bentley SMEs on integrations and cloud configurations.

The position requires solid ProjectWise knowledge, 4+ years supporting 100+ users, and accreditation. You will train users, manage change tasks, and support PW Web/Drive in a collaborative engineering setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or Associate’s degree in CAD/Engineering Technology or similar, plus 8 years related experience
• Solid ProjectWise knowledge and 4+ years of experience working as ProjectWise administrator supporting 100+ users
• Bentley ProjectWise Administration Accreditation (Basic)
• Understanding of relational databases, including administration, operation, and maintenance
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to collaborate with internal teams, external clients, agencies, and stakeholders
• Strong technical writing and documentation skills
• Detail-oriented with problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Responsibilities

• Configuring and administrating ProjectWise and enterprise applications including installation, maintenance, patches, upgrades, and code management
• Delivering configuration and enhancement needs to meet business requirements (workflow rules engine, templates, properties)
• Creating and maintaining rendition profiles, unmanaged profiles, and ICs rendition
• Coordinating with software SMEs on integration features and functionality
• Managing ProjectWise change management tasks and PW365 integrations with PW Design Integration server
• Liaising with Bentley SMEs to maintain/modify cloud configuration
• Providing end-user support and training for ProjectWise users and admins
• Supporting ProjectWise Web and ProjectWise Drive
• Coordinating installation of cache servers with IT
