ECLARO is seeking a Payroll Coordinator in Orlando, FL to manage data collection, processing, and verification of payroll with a focus on accuracy and compliance. The role requires experience with Oracle and UKG Pro or similar systems and a solid understanding of payroll regulations.

You will work with the Payroll Manager to document current processes, implement improvements, and ensure timely payroll delivery while maintaining meticulous records for audits and reporting.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in payroll processing; knowledge of payroll principles and wage/hour laws.
• Familiarity with Oracle and UKG Pro systems is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional finance/accounting education is desirable.

• Data Collection and Verification: collect and review timesheets and payroll data to identify issues before processing.
• Payroll Processing: process payroll accurately and on time, including adjustments and deductions.
• Accuracy Verification: verify outputs, reconcile discrepancies, ensure tax withholdings and benefits are correct.
• Process Optimization: document processes, identify gaps, and implement improvements to increase accuracy and efficiency.
• Compliance and Reporting: apply payroll procedures and escalate compliance issues; generate payroll reports.
• Documentation: maintain records of payroll transactions and assist in audits.
