Qualifications

• Two years analytical experience or related field.
• One year of payroll processing experience.
• Experience with SAP Payroll.
• Experience with UKG Workforce Management or similar systems.
• Strong communication, organizational and planning skills.
• Able to multitask in a deadline-driven environment.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Process end-to-end payroll for hourly and salaried crewmembers.
• Review payroll data for accuracy and reconcile results in SAP.
• Pull timekeeping data and resolve discrepancies with senior analysts.
• Analyze payroll reports to identify discrepancies, trends and risks.
• Perform root-cause analysis and provide timely resolutions.
• Assist with year-end payroll activities and audits.
• Provide excellent customer service to crewmembers regarding payroll questions.
• Handle confidential payroll information with discretion.
