S&S Activewear is seeking an Outside Sales Representative for Central Florida, based in the Orlando area. The role combines strategic account development with new business, requiring extensive field presence and 3-4 days of travel weekly with quarterly overnights.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in field sales, excellent communication, and strong relationship-building skills. A personal vehicle is required to travel to customers and events.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent.
• Proven track record in professional sales roles.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Drives territory P&L through customer volume, sales and profitability metrics.
• In-person account engagement with call planning, analysis, presentation, and follow-through.
• Builds relationships across customer organizations from ownership to sales and merchandising teams.
• Partners with stakeholders across finance, marketing, operations, and production.
• Collaborates with Account Manager to optimize service and sales opportunities.
• Lead product launches, merchandising schedules, and renewal processes.
• Utilizes merchandising expertise to highlight competitive advantages and upsell opportunities.
• Coordinated cross-functional resources to maximize sales potential.
• Maintains reporting, calendars, and sales funnel tracking.
• Represents the brand at trade shows and events.
