Job summary

Commercial Laundries, a leading provider of on-site laundry services for multi-housing properties across Central Florida, seeks an Outside Sales Representative in the Orlando area. You will hunt new accounts, build relationships with property managers and owners, and close multi-year contracts to expand our footprint.

The role offers a generous earnings structure with salary plus commission, a company-provided vehicle, and quarterly bonuses.

Qualifications

• Outside/B2B sales experience in property services, facilities management, or related industries
• Hunter mentality with prospecting, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in the field
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (company vehicle provided)
• Ability to travel within Central Florida (Orlando metro and nearby areas)

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate leads through cold calling, in-person visits to apartment complexes, networking at property management events, referrals, and targeted outreach in Orlando and surrounding areas
• Conduct on-site assessments of existing laundry facilities, present customized proposals, and demonstrate value of our managed laundry services
• Build long-term relationships with multi-family property managers and owners to identify needs and close multi-year service agreements
• Negotiate contracts, handle objections, and drive to meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales quotas
• Manage your sales pipeline and CRM system, providing accurate forecasting and detailed activity reporting
• Stay current on industry trends in multi-housing amenities, competitor offerings, and opportunities in Florida's growing rental market

Education

High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred
