H2oBubbles is seeking a dynamic Non-Alcoholic Sales Manager in Orlando, FL to lead growth in our Non-Alcoholic division (Soft Seltzer) and build our story for H2TM – Flavored Soft Seltzer water. The role focuses on increasing placements with existing customers and opening new accounts while operating independently.

The ideal candidate will be analytical, experienced in CPG, and capable of designing a world-class repeatable sales process. Local Orlando residency is required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• Experience in sales, marketing, or analytics with a track record of growth.
• Strong data interpretation and evidence-based recommendations.
• Organized with ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Excellent communications and presentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage business, promotions, distribution, innovation, sales and pricing initiatives to grow Non-Alcohol brand placements.
• Collaborate with wholesalers and local field sales to align with strategic goals and improve visibility.
• Develop wholesaler plans, prepare business reviews, and communicate activities effectively.
• Build relationships with regional chains to grow market share and profitability.
• Conduct regular meetings with main wholesalers to drive product launches and promotions.
