Qualifications

• 1+ year of outbound sales or related prospecting experience.
• Proven hunter mentality with ability to generate net new opportunities.
• Comfortable making 75+ outbound calls per day.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience using CRM systems to track activity and pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Make approximately 75 outbound calls per day to local businesses.
• Prospect via phone, email, and in person outreach.
• Identify decision makers and uncover business needs.
• Qualify opportunities and schedule meetings for Account Executives.
• Document activity, notes, and pipeline updates in CRM.
• Maintain activity metrics and appointment setting goals.
