Ecolab’s Institutional division is seeking a Market Sales Representative to cover Orlando, FL. You will grow sales within an existing territory by leveraging consultative selling to enhance Ecolab’s value and strengthen customer relationships.

This role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of sales experience, plus a valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 10%. You’ll collaborate with service and internal teams to deliver best‑in‑class value and maintain a strong sales pipeline

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years of sales experience.
• Experience in broadline distribution, customer service, foodservice, hospitality, or related industry.
• Current and valid driver’s license required.
• Background check and drug screens for offers.
• No immigration sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Drive outsized growth by meeting or exceeding growth and revenue targets.
• Identify, develop, and win new competitive opportunities within the assigned geographic area.
• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline using CRM and digital sales tools.
• Communicate total value to customers and grow solutions within existing accounts.
• Provide industry expertise in cleaning, sanitation, safety, quality, and operations.
