Job summary

Ecolab is seeking a Field Service Technician to join the Orlando, FL market in a field-based role. You will deliver consistent service, installations, maintenance, and issue resolution for Institutional customers while upholding Ecolab Brand Standards.

You will travel across the market with a company vehicle, perform preventative maintenance, and partner with sales and service teams to enhance customer outcomes. Comprehensive benefits begin Day 1 and opportunities for growth are available.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2 years of service-related experience
• Current and valid Driver's License with no restrictions
• No immigration sponsorship available
• Availability to work overnight shifts and provide emergency call assistance

Responsibilities

• Provide service-intensive support to customers across the market.
• Install, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on warewashing, laundry, dispensing equipment, and related systems.
• Complete emergency service requests, equipment changeouts, and other planned and unplanned work orders.
• Evaluate account conditions during each visit and proactively take action to help ensure customers meet Ecolab Brand Standards.
• Manage equipment, parts, and inventory to maintain a fully stocked vehicle, maximize effectiveness, and support first-time fix performance.
• Complete accurate and timely documentation for all work performed.
• Communicate Ecolab's total value to customers and strengthen customer relationships.
• Partner with sales, distribution, and service teams to improve responsiveness, reduce friction, and deliver a consistent customer experience
