Dolce & Gabbana is seeking a Client Advisor for our Orlando Vineland Outlet. The role focuses on delivering exceptional client experiences, meeting individual and store sales targets, and upholding the brand’s image and standards on the shop floor.

The candidate should have 3+ years in luxury retail, strong communication skills, and experience in Women’s and Men’s RTW, to build lasting client relationships and contribute to merchandising efforts.

Formación

• 3+ years of Luxury Retail Sales Experience
• Strong communication skills
• Experience in Women’s and Men’s RTW

Responsabilidades

• Provide impeccable service to our clients and be an ambassador of the brand ensuring that every client is treated according to the Dolce & Gabbana expectations.
• Tailor the client experience to exceed expectations and support the team on the shop floor.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and DG heritage, prioritizing client interests and achieving monthly targets.
• Use clientele tools to maximize time and achieve individual and store goals.
• Monitor and update CRM to build and retain relationships and identify potential clients.
• Drive sales goals and develop the business.
• Source new clients using CRM tools.
• Build long-term relationships with DG loyal clients.
• Oversee sales policies, objectives and initiatives.
• Assist in merchandising and shop floor maintenance.
