Dolce & Gabbana Las Vegas Crystals is seeking a Senior Client Advisor to drive store performance through exceptional sales and elevated client engagement. You will be a reference on the sales floor, leading by example and delivering memorable experiences while meeting individual KPIs.

With strong product expertise and a passion for fashion culture, you will nurture authentic relationships, support daily operations, and uphold the Maison’s values and standards of excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury retail or high-end hospitality.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong product knowledge and fashion culture passion.
• Excellent written and verbal English.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example with exceptional individual sales and client engagement.
• Assist with onboarding of new Client Advisors and share best practices.
• Maintain a positive, collaborative work environment on the sales floor.
• Deliver outstanding client and after-sale service to visitors and clients.
• Build and nurture a robust client portfolio to grow business.
• Adhere to company policies and operational procedures.
