• 3+ years of Luxury Retail Sales Experience.
• Experience in Women’s and Men’s RTW apparel.

Responsibilities

• Provide impeccable service and act as brand ambassador to every client.
• Tailor client experiences to exceed expectations and support the team on the shop floor.
• Demonstrate product and brand knowledge; prioritize client interests and achieve monthly targets.
• Use CRM and clientele tools to achieve individual and store goals.
• Monitor and update CRM to build/retain relationships and identify new clients.
• Achieve sales goals and contribute to business growth.
• Source new clients via CRM.
• Maintain long-term relationships with DG loyal clients.
• Support sales policies and initiatives.
• Assist merchandising and shop-floor upkeep.
