Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Represent employers in employment-related litigation matters in state and federal courts.
• Draft and argue motions, pleadings, and other litigation-related documents.
• Conduct legal research and prepare case analyses.
• Manage discovery, including document review, written discovery, and depositions.
• Participate in hearings, mediations, and other dispute resolution proceedings.
