Responsibilities

• Represent employers in employment‑related litigation matters in state and federal courts
• Draft and argue motions, pleadings, and other litigation‑related documents
• Conduct legal research and prepare case analyses
• Manage discovery, including document review, written discovery, and depositions
• Participate in hearings, mediations, and other dispute resolution proceedings
• Advise clients on employment law issues and litigation strategy
• Collaborate with partners and clients throughout all phases of litigation

Qualifications

• Experience handling employment litigation matters in state and federal courts
