EverStaff, LLC in Orlando, Florida, seeks an Associate Attorney with 2–5 years of litigation experience to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in case strategy, client advocacy, and courtroom proceedings.

You will handle all aspects of litigation, draft pleadings and motions, participate in hearings and depositions, and work closely with senior attorneys to develop persuasive arguments. Florida Bar membership is required.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active Florida Bar membership.
• 2–5 years of litigation experience.
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle all aspects of litigation, including legal research, drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery.
• Represent clients in hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials.
• Work closely with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and legal arguments.
• Conduct client consultations and maintain strong client relationships.
• Stay current on relevant laws and legal trends to provide effective counsel.
