• Own two major transformation workstreams within a portfolio of ~10 initiatives.
• Develop structure, roadmap, milestones, and success metrics for long-term programs.
• Define and track KPIs and business metrics to demonstrate outcomes.
• Build business cases and prioritize portfolio initiatives.
• Lead weekly operating cadence: agendas, facilitation, risks, actions.
• Meet stakeholders to surface progress and prepare executive recommendations.
• Prepare board materials and concise executive updates.
• Translate data into polished, executive-ready content and recaps.
