You will partner across functions, synthesize market and financial insights, and deliver clear strategic recommendations to drive outcomes. This is a high-impact leadership position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field, MBA preferred.
• 4+ years in management consulting from top firms.
• 8+ years in corporate strategy or related roles.

Responsabilités

• Own the strategic substance and outcomes of priority growth initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional programs with clear accountability and timelines.
• Shape NAVEX's enterprise strategy using market and operational insights.
• Partner with the CSO to pressure-test ideas for executive forums.
• Prepare executive briefings and decision memos for senior leadership.
