Job summary

Kele Inc. is seeking a Director of Strategy & Transformation to lead our largest strategic initiatives and drive the business value creation plan.

Reporting to the EVP of Strategy & Transformation, this role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution to shape and deliver the company’s transformation agenda. The director will guide cross-functional teams, manage governance, and ensure initiatives meet timelines, financial targets, and stakeholder expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field; equivalent combination of education and experience considered.
• 5+ years of professional experience in consulting, corporate strategy, operations, general management, or a related field.
• Willingness to travel up to ~50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of the company’s multi-year product and category strategy, including growth priorities and supplier strategy.
• Drive transformation program execution with governance structures, schedules, and accountability frameworks.
• Monitor performance with dashboards and regular updates to executives and the board.
• Build charters, project plans, and interdependency maps to align workstreams and outcomes.
• Partner with senior leaders to ensure quality and alignment with transformation objectives.
