Job summary

Naples Hotel Group in Orlando is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive revenue across 3+ Central and East Florida hotels. You will develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans, focusing on direct sales, e-commerce, public relations, and partnerships to maximize profitability.

This role is not remote and requires 45+ hours weekly. You will lead a high-performing team, recruit and mentor staff, and collaborate with brand partners such as Marriott, Hilton, and IHG to grow market

Qualifications

• Four-year degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years within the multi-hotel sales discipline preferred.
• Travel required: overnight visits up to 25% of the time.
• Hours: 45+ hours per week; salaried position.

Responsibilities

• Maximize revenue for assigned hotels including group, contract, transient and catering.
• Plan travel into assigned markets and solicit new business to exceed goals.
• Collaborate with brand partners and revenue management to optimize pricing and strategy.
• Lead and motivate sales team, recruit and conduct training as needed.
• Enter activities into Delphi.fdc and prepare reports.
