Job summary

NDM Hospitality Services seeks an Area Director of Revenue Management to set the commercial strategy across a diverse Central Florida portfolio of branded hotels, independent resorts and luxury properties. You’ll architect pricing, distribution, and demand forecasting across multiple assets, reporting to the VP of Revenue and partnering with GMs, Sales and Marketing.

This hybrid role is based in the Orlando or Boca Raton area, with leadership over the revenue team and a mandate to drive growth

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years in hotels/resorts, including 4+ years in revenue management.
• Proven track record managing revenue across multi-property portfolios.
• Fluent with RMS platforms (IDeaS, Duetto, Newbook) and PMS systems.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills for data-driven storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Own forecasting engine for demand, occupancy, and rate trends across multiple properties.
• Lead pricing, inventory allocation, and rate integrity by channel (Direct, OTA, Wholesale).
• Identify market-mix opportunities to grow revenue without inflating acquisition cost.
• Collaborate with GMs, Sales, and Marketing; represent revenue management on executive committees.
• Own RMS and reporting stack; set standards for data-driven pricing decisions.
• Build and develop the revenue management team with a succession plan.
