Job summary

Auro Hotels is seeking a Regional Director of Sales to lead our Florida select-service hotels from Orlando on-site, with regional travel. You will drive revenue growth, coach multi-property sales teams, and cultivate strategic client relationships across corporate, group, and extended-stay segments.

You will partner with GM, Revenue Management and Operations to align pricing, plans and forecasts, while leveraging brand programs to maximize performance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hotel sales leadership across multiple properties.
• Proven success with Marriott and Hilton brands and programs.
• Strong command of hotel sales software and CRM tools (Delphi, Salesforce).
• Track record mentoring and retaining tenured sales teams.
• Select-service hotel experience; Florida market knowledge a plus.
• Willingness to work on-site in Orlando and travel regionally.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional sales strategy across Florida select-service hotels with clear property goals.
• Coach and develop property sales leaders to build a high-performing, collaborative team.
• Drive new business in corporate, group, SMERF, government, and extended stay sectors.
• Partner with GMs, Revenue Management and Operations to align pricing and maximize revenue.
• Guide annual sales and marketing plans, budgets, forecasts, and pipelines.
• Leverage Marriott and Hilton brand programs and tools to meet standards.
• Champion CRM usage to keep activity and pipeline accurate.
• Represent Auro Hotels at industry events and in the community.
