Formación

• Prior experience in a contact centre or customer support role within the tech industry.
• Familiarity with the ServiceNow platform is beneficial.
• Demonstrated ability to adapt and strive for excellence.

Responsabilidades

• Handle inbound calls from customers and partners professionally.
• Log cases on NowSupport with precise information.
• Instruct new customers on self-service case logging.
• Assign cases to the appropriate SME Team.
• Provide initial triage support via case, phone, or e-mail.
