Health & Happiness Group is seeking a Customer Care Representative to join our North American team in a hybrid role based in Orlando. You will handle customer service across phone, email, social media, and chat, while supporting product insights and account documentation.

The position offers a competitive hourly compensation and a strong benefits package. Strong communication, at least 1 year in customer service, and a 40 WPM typing speed are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in a customer service role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail in proofreading.
• A friendly, positive attitude with a calm demeanor.
• Typing speed of at least 40 WPM.
• Proven self-starter with ability to juggle priorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service via phone, email, social media, and chat.
• Provide trends and concerns regarding products to Leadership.
• Updates documents for company tracking (i.e. excel, PPT, Sharepoint, etc.).
• Track and respond to customer concerns via Amazon.
• Utilize a variety of software tools to navigate customer accounts, research and review policies and communicate effective solutions in a fun, and fast paced environment!
• Find opportunities to recommend additional products to customers based on the customer needs and past purchases.
• Contribute ideas on improving the customer experience!
• Maintain various spreadsheets, trackers and reports for marketing promotions and special projects
