Job summary

Prisma Health is seeking a senior-level Learning & Organizational Development professional to lead the organization-wide learning strategy, focusing on executive and organizational learning. You will design, deliver, and evaluate programs using established HPI methodologies to drive performance improvements across departments and teams.

Responsibilities include collaboration with leaders to map learning journeys, facilitate sessions, coach stakeholders, and continually improve leadership

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Organizational Development, Organizational Behavior, HR, Talent Management, Leadership, Learning and Development or related field.
• Eight years of experience leading transformational change in large, fast-paced organizations (preferably healthcare).
• HPI Certification is required within one year of hire.

Responsibilities

• Develops, executes and maintains the learning strategy of the organization.
• Creates delivery maps and performance enhancement plans using HPI methodology.
• Collaborates with stakeholders to design and deliver customized learning events/series.
• Evaluates and maintains leadership development programs (e.g., LEAD, NTME, Top Talent, Talent Review).
• Provides instructional consulting and coaching to key stakeholders and teams.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
