AdventHealth is seeking a Learning & Development leader to design and oversee leadership and team development initiatives. You will partner across HR, clinical education, and operations to drive onboarding, bootcamps, and performance training while guiding change management efforts.

You will develop measurement tools to assess impact on retention and engagement, and align programs with organizational transformation goals.

Responsibilities

• Leads the design, implementation, and evaluation of leadership and team member development programs aligned with organizational values and goals
• Manages onboarding, leadership bootcamps, performance management training, and culture-driven programming
• Partners with HR, clinical education, and operations to assess needs and rollout key initiatives
• Supports change management through workshops, coaching, and guiding change principles
• Develops measurement tools and evaluates impact on retention, engagement, and KPIs
• Ensures integration of learning solutions across teams for growth and transformation
• Maintains up-to-date knowledge of learning trends and innovative curriculum design
• Plans and prioritizes projects to deliver timely learning programs for employee experience
