Job summary

AdventHealth in Florida seeks a senior human resources leader to translate business needs into a comprehensive HR strategy that aligns with our mission. You will drive talent management, employee engagement, performance management, and workforce planning as part of the executive team.

You will oversee compensation programs, regulatory compliance, and enterprise-wide initiatives, while coaching leaders through change and partnering with the COE to deliver people solutions across the facility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 4+ years in a related field.
• 6+ years of leadership experience preferred.
• PHR/SHRM certifications preferred.
• Strong communication and executive partnering skills.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into an integrated strategic HR plan aligned with long-term organizational initiatives.
• Drive talent management, employee engagement, performance management, and workforce planning.
• Oversee compensation strategies and compliance, partnering with COE on enterprise-wide initiatives.
• Lead change management efforts and coach leaders through organizational transitions.
