Job summary

Improveit Home Remodeling is seeking a high-impact Learning & Development Leader to design and scale an enterprise learning strategy that grows our people from onboarding to executive levels. This role is building systems from the ground up to drive performance and retention.

You will own the LMS (Absorb preferred), create onboarding and leadership pathways, and partner with executives to align training with growth goals, using data to prove impact.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in Organizational Learning & Development or Training Leadership
• Proven success designing and implementing high-impact training programs
• Strong emotional intelligence and cross-functional leadership skills
• Experience managing and optimizing LMS platforms (Absorb preferred)
• Executive coaching or consulting background (preferred)
• Demonstrated ability to build processes and systems from inception

Responsibilities

• Design and lead a comprehensive organizational learning strategy
• Build onboarding programs that reduce ramp time and accelerate productivity
• Create structured leadership development pathways across departments
• Develop engaging multimedia training content (videos, LMS modules, workbooks, certifications)
• Own and optimize our Learning Management System (Absorb preferred)
• Align recruiting, onboarding, and role-specific training into a seamless development journey
• Define and track training KPIs tied directly to business performance
• Continuously improve programs using data, feedback, and field insights
• Partner with executive leadership to drive development aligned with company growth goals
