Job summary

Mars Incorporated, through the IMO Digital & Data Organization, seeks an Organizational Effectiveness Lead to strengthen leadership coordination, alignment, and team performance across a large transformation. The role operates within a fast-paced, matrixed environment to connect leadership forums, teams, and programs for integrated execution across Mars and Kellanova.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
Experience supporting leaders or cross-functional projects in fast-paced settings.
Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills with attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities across teams and stakeholders.
Strong written and verbal communication for presentations and summaries.
Proficiency with Microsoft tools (Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Planner, Loop, Copilot).
Interest in AI-enabled tools to boost collaboration and effectiveness.

Responsibilities

Coordinate leadership meetings, governance forums, All Hands sessions, and HPC workshops.
Support leadership with prioritization, meeting prep, presentations, talking points, and communications.
Track actions, decisions, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder requests across forums.
Maintain visibility of priorities, milestones, and leadership deliverables.
Reinforce consistent ways of working, governance cadences, and documentation.
Prepare concise leadership summaries and dashboards for decision-making.
Assist onboarding and integration activities for new associates and partners.
Identify coordination gaps and escalate with clear context and recommendations.
