Mars, Incorporated and its Affiliates is seeking a Global P&O Manager to drive the execution of the Human-Led, Digitally Powered Enterprise strategy. You will lead the unified Business Scorecard, track KPIs, and coordinate across P&O teams to ensure enterprise goals are met.

Collaborating with PD&A and Talent & Culture, you will steer harmonization programs and standardize processes to enable a seamless One P&O operating model across regions and functions.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in project coordination, business operations, chief of staff/PMO support, strategy, P&O, or consulting.

Responsibilities

• Track and manage HLDPE strategic metrics and KPIs.
• Coordinate global PMO for P&O initiatives with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain and align the unified Business Scorecard across regions.
• Support One P&O harmonization and standardization projects.
• Co-lead org effectiveness initiatives using digital tools and dashboards.
