Job summary

Mars, Incorporated and its Affiliates is seeking the IMO Digital & Data Organizational Effectiveness Lead to strengthen alignment, leadership coordination, and team effectiveness across the Mars Snacking Integration Management Office. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Communications, Human Resources, Organizational Leadership, or related field.
• Experience supporting leaders, teams, or cross-functional projects in fast-paced environments.
• Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills with attention to detail and follow-through.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across different teams and stakeholders.
• Experience coordinating meetings, workshops, onboarding activities, communications, or team engagement activities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft tools including Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Planner, Loop, and Copilot.
• Interest in using AI-enabled tools to improve collaboration and team effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate leadership meetings, governance forums, All Hands sessions, HPC workshops, and strategic events with agendas, materials, logistics, action tracking, and follow-up.
• Support leadership with prioritization, executive readiness, meeting prep, presentations, talking points, communications, and day-to-day coordination.
• Track organizational actions, decisions, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder requests across leadership forums and cross-functional teams.
• Maintain visibility of priorities, milestones, and leadership deliverables to keep teams aligned and informed.
• Reinforce consistent ways of working across governance cadences, meeting structures, and collaboration channels.
• Leverage Microsoft 365 tools to improve coordination, communication flow, and team effectiveness.
• Identify opportunities to modernize team operations through automation and AI-enabled capabilities.
• Collaborate with PMO, Change Experience, Communications, and leadership teams on updates and cross-functional initiatives.
• Prepare leadership summaries, dashboards, and reporting materials to support visibility and decision-making.
• Assist onboarding and integration activities for new associates and partners joining the IMO Digital & Data organization.
• Support team development planning, recognition efforts, and engagement initiatives.
