Job summary

Mars Incorporated is seeking a Digital Operating Model Adoption & Enablement Lead to guide a global, MVP-first transformation as part of the Kellanova integration. You will translate the operating model into practical change, craft leadership materials, and drive adoption across Global DT, Regional DT and market teams.

You will shape training, playbooks, and messaging to ensure clear decision rights, funding, and delivery workflows while sustaining behavioural change and measurable business

Qualifications

• Experience in operating model adoption, large-scale transformation or organisation change.
• Ability to translate strategy into practical guidance for senior leaders.
• Proven ability to create leadership materials, playbooks and training content.
• Strong stakeholder management across global, regional and market teams.
• Skilled in communicating complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
• Experience building feedback loops to drive adoption improvements.

Responsibilities

• Own the adoption and enablement strategy for the Digital Delivery Operating Model.
• Translate the blueprint into a simple, compelling narrative for diverse audiences.
• Develop leader briefing packs, FAQs, cascade materials and messaging.
• Design and manage training and learning content for the new model.
• Define stakeholder readiness across Global DT, Regional DT, markets and teams.
• Help leaders and teams operate within the new model and workflows.
• Create and maintain enablement assets: playbooks, guides and toolkits.
• Drive behaviour change and reinforce accountability and value-based prioritisation.
• Establish feedback mechanisms and continuous improvement post-launch.
• Coordinate phased implementation across Global, Regional and Market teams.
