Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Industrial and Organizational Psychology or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Master's degree in Business/Organizational Development preferred.
• 5+ years of Organizational Effectiveness/Development experience and 5+ years of staff leadership.
• 5–10 years in Training/Organizational Effectiveness with 3–5 years in management preferred.
• Strong coaching, facilitation, consulting and program management skills.
• Knowledge of talent development and organizational effectiveness principles.
• Excellent analytical, persuasive, communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong planning, time management and visioning; adaptable to change.

Responsibilities

• Lead workforce strategies through consultative guidance to increase engagement and performance.
• Partner with business units to provide advisory services aligned with priorities and culture.
• Develop and implement culture initiatives fostering a positive, inclusive, high-performing workplace.
• Identify critical roles, build succession pipelines and design development pathways.
