• Preferred certifications: Change Management, SHRM-CP.

Responsibilities

• Oversee HR functions including policies, processes, and programs to align with business needs.
• Lead HRIS strategy, data management, reporting, and analytics.
• Design and oversee compensation strategies and rewards programs.
