They lead initiatives to modernize and digitize services, develop employee skills, and facilitate deeper client engagements across the bank's lines of business.

The annual salary range for this role is $83,500-$120,000/year; commensurate with skills and experience

Responsibilities
  • Lead and oversee PRD client engagement strategies, including business development, brand development, and event planning.
  • Collaborate with the PRD leadership team to enhance employee skills in digital transformation and client engagement.
  • Develop and implement business development initiatives to drive growth in loans, deposits, and non-interest income.
  • Manage Private Banking segment product and service initiatives, marketing, and promotions.
  • Supervise the Private Banking enrollment process, ensuring a seamless and efficient client experience.
  • Lead and engage with bank partners to foster collaboration and understanding of the Private Banking program.
  • Conduct meetings and presentations to communicate strategies and updates to bank partners and PRD employees.
  • Directly supervise the WMG Product Manager and collaborate with the PRD Financial Reporting & Compliance Manager.
  • Stay updated with industry best practices and attend workshops to enhance business growth opportunities.
  • Adhere to compliance requirements, ensuring all federal and state laws, bank policies, and customer confidentiality are maintained.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is required, with a Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in private banking, wealth management, or a related field.
  • Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
  • Strong business acumen and a strategic mindset, with a focus on driving business growth.
  • Proficiency in digital transformation and client engagement strategies, with a client-centric approach.
