Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance or related field preferred.
• Three years proven experience in retail sales or financial services, with demonstrated success in customer service, operations, and sales leadership.
• Must possess a current driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
• Must be registered as a Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System & Registry (NMLS) within 60 days of hire.
• Leadership, Sales & BD, Communication, Customer Experience, Financial Management, and Technical Skills.
