Job summary

ArchKey Solutions LLC in Minneapolis, MN is seeking an Organizational Design Specialist to partner with HR leadership and business leaders. You will design, evaluate, and maintain job architecture, structures, and JD standards in alignment with company policies and regulatory requirements.

You will apply job leveling, collaborate with Compensation for market pricing, maintain Payfactors data, and lead description reviews with leaders. Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years in organizational design, job architecture or HR generalist role.
• Knowledge of job evaluation and leveling; Payfactors experience preferred.
• Strong analytical skills to translate structure into clear job descriptions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to lead discussions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; HRIS experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partners with leaders to analyze, design, and document organizational structures that support business needs.
• Develops and maintains job descriptions per the JD template with consistent leveling.
• Applies job leveling framework to ensure alignment between responsibilities, classifications, and compensation.
• Collaborates with Compensation to price and benchmark job data; maintains job family ladder integrity.
• Leads job description review sessions with leaders and incumbents to validate essential functions.
• Maintains job architecture records (e.g., Payfactors) to keep codes, families, and levels current.
