Job summary

LMI is seeking a Human Capital Specialist to support organizational design, workforce planning, and enterprise HR processes at a Bethesda, MD site. The role involves designing templates and workflows, creating engaging training materials, and aiding in communications across the enterprise.

The ideal candidate will bridge traditional HR/L&D with digital transformation, and may need to obtain a Public Trust clearance.

Qualifications

Master's degree with 1 year experience, or Bachelor's degree with 4 years of experience.
Experience in human capital management and organizational design.
Experience in management consulting or related professional services.
Knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
Ability to manage tasks and deliverables with teams and guidance as needed.
Strong written and presentation deliverables for clients.

Responsibilities

Lead organizational development and design activities using structured methods.
Assess change impacts and develop engagement and communication strategies.
Design and deliver training and development initiatives and materials.
Plan and facilitate working groups with senior leadership and stakeholders.
Manage workstreams end to end with client-ready deliverables.
Conduct qualitative and quantitative research and translate findings into options.
