Job summary

LMI is seeking an experienced Human Capital Senior Business Analyst to support DHS FPS headquarters in Springfield, VA. This role analyzes workforce initiatives, documents requirements, coordinates stakeholders, and advances strategic priorities with the FPS Human Capital Management Directorate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; ten years leading strategic planning, stakeholder communications, qualitative and quantitative analysis, and formal documentation.
• Master’s degree preferred in related field; additional experience in government or security environments is a plus.
• Proven ability to conduct detailed research and present to executive leaders; strong oral and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and document requirements and build consensus within a team.
• Identify stakeholders and engage through communications and change management.
• Coordinate stakeholders to align mission objectives and provide project management support.
• Review organizational requirements and develop plans to close gaps.
• Support facilitated sessions and interviews to improve communications and consensus.
• Develop content for and facilitate events/meetings (all-hands, planning sessions, work groups).
• Support implementation of new processes, programs, systems and national coordination efforts.
• Develop communications and stakeholder engagement campaigns.
