Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human-Centered Design, HCI, UX, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in human-centered design, UX, product design, or related discipline.
• Experience independently leading complex digital product or enterprise-technology design efforts.
• Strong stakeholder and user research skills with actionable design outcomes.
• Proficiency with Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Axure, or Miro.
• Experience with Power Platform, SharePoint, dashboards, or data visualization.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end HCD activities for new technical solutions and major enhancements.
• Translate stakeholder needs into intuitive, usable digital experiences.
• Design experiences for Microsoft Power Platform apps, SharePoint sites, dashboards, and workflows.
• Develop information architectures, user flows, and interaction models.
• Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and design concepts.
• Produce design specifications and developer handoff materials.
• Collaborate with developers, architects, analysts, product owners, and leads.
• Review implementations against designs and refine as needed.
• Lead Magnify Reports and other HCD deliverables when assigned.
