Job summary

GSquared Group is seeking an experienced Change Management professional to drive adoption of AI-enabled tools and workflows across large-scale implementations. The role focuses on readiness, stakeholder engagement, and executive communications to align with program goals.

You will develop training strategies, oversee materials, and measure adoption effectiveness while partnering with PMO for governance and dashboards.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of OCM or transformation experience.
• Experience supporting enterprise technology implementations, including AI-enabled tools or workflows.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and executive-level presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess change impacts, stakeholder needs, and organizational readiness
• Define success metrics and ensure alignment with project goals
• Create clear, targeted communication plans for all levels of the organization
• Facilitate workshops, leadership briefings, and stakeholder discussions
• Coach sponsors and leaders to champion change and AI adoption
• Develop training strategies and role-based learning paths for new systems and AI-enabled workflows
• Oversee creation of training materials, job aids, and user guides
• Coordinate training delivery and measure adoption effectiveness
• Monitor readiness and identify resistance or adoption barriers around AI-driven changes
• Build mitigation plans and support teams through transition
• Track adoption KPIs and provide insights to leadership
• Maintain change plans, communication calendars, stakeholder maps, and dashboards
• Partner with PMO and project teams to ensure alignment

What You Bring

• 5–7+ years of OCM or transformation experience
• Experience supporting enterprise technology implementations, including AI‑enabled tools or workflows
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and executive‑level presentation skills
• Familiarity with change frameworks (Prosci/ADKAR, Kotter, McKinsey, etc.)
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders

Bonus Points

• Experience with Fortune 500 or large‑scale transformation programs
• Background in digital transformation, automation, or AI adoption
• Experience building dashboards or reporting for change metrics
