Job summary

Insight Global in Atlanta, GA is seeking an Organizational Change Management (OCM) Manager to guide large-scale transformation and adoption across supply chain initiatives. You’ll partner with program leaders to drive user adoption during a MercuryGate to SAP Transportation Management migration, supporting training for 300 external vendors and 30 carriers.

Qualifications

• 5-10+ years of Organizational Change Management experience.
• Proven success supporting large-scale enterprise transformation initiatives.
• Hands-on experience supporting SAP implementations, preferably SAP Transportation Management (SAP TM) and/or SAP S/4HANA.

Location: Atlanta, GA 30339 (Onsite Mon-Thurs, WFH Friday)

Duration: Long term contract to hire

Compensation: $60-65hr W2 - depending on level of experience

About the opportunity

A leading enterprise organization is investing heavily in large-scale transformation initiatives and is seeking an Organizational Change Management (OCM) Manager to help support and scale its growing OCM function.

This is a highly visible, business-critical role where you'll partner with program leaders, business stakeholders, and operational teams to drive user adoption across key supply chain and warehouse transformation initiatives. The immediate focus will be supporting a migration from MercuryGate to SAP Transportation Management (SAP TM). The program is currently in Phase 2, with responsibility for helping train and enable approximately 300 external vendors and 30 carriers on the new platform.
