Job summary

Newlineinfo Corp - IT Services and IT Consulting seeks an experienced SAP Organizational Change Management (OCM) Consultant to lead and support large-scale SAP transformation programs. You will drive change management, communications, training, and user adoption across SAP S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, Ariba, and related solutions.

The role requires partnering with executive leaders, project teams, and end users to ensure readiness and sustained adoption throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Organizational Change Management experience.
• 5+ years supporting SAP implementation or transformation programs.
• Experience supporting SAP S/4HANA implementation or migration projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead Organizational Change Management (OCM) activities for SAP transformation programs.
• Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies and plans.
• Perform organizational impact assessments and stakeholder analysis.
• Identify change impacts across business processes, departments, and user groups.
• Create executive presentations, communication plans, newsletters, FAQs, and change materials.
• Develop organizational readiness assessments and adoption strategies.
• Design and coordinate end-user training programs.
• Partner with SAP functional and technical teams to align change activities with project milestones.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops, focus groups, and leadership meetings.
• Manage resistance and develop mitigation strategies.
• Define and track adoption KPIs and change metrics.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), go-live readiness, hypercare, and post-go-live adoption.
• Provide coaching to business leaders, managers, and change champions.
• Establish governance for communications and organizational readiness.
• Support multiple workstreams within enterprise SAP implementations.

We are seeking an experienced SAP Organizational Change Management (OCM) Consultant to lead and support organizational change initiatives for large-scale SAP transformation programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in change management, stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and user adoption across SAP implementations such as SAP S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, Ariba, MDG, IBP, EWM, or other SAP solutions.

The consultant will work closely with business leaders, project teams, functional consultants, and end users to ensure successful organizational readiness and adoption throughout the project lifecycle.

• Experience supporting enterprise ERP implementations.
• Ability to work directly with executive leadership and business stakeholders.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong facilitation and workshop leadership experience.
• Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams, and SharePoint.
