Job summary

Corps Team is seeking an Organizational Change Management Consultant for a 12-month contract. This remote role requires working 8:30–5:00 pm Eastern US hours and applicants must reside in the United States.

Responsibilities include developing and implementing change management strategies to support adoption, guiding the people side of change across processes, systems, and organization structures, and supporting the full M&A lifecycle to ensure on-time, on-budget objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5-7 years of change management experience.
• May consider 10 years of relevant experience in lieu of Bachelor's degree.
• Relevant experience delivering change management at a global company.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications.
• Experience delivering and leading organizational change management for mergers and acquisitions.
• Must write and speak English fluently.
• Prosci change management certification preferred.

Pay Rate- $67- $69/hour
