Precision Task Group, Inc. (PTG) is seeking an OCM Analyst to support change management for enterprise initiatives such as system implementations and process transformations.

The role reports to senior change practitioners and project managers to help ensure employees are informed, prepared, and supported throughout change efforts. The position involves developing deliverables, communications, and training materials; coordinating meetings and trackers; and collaborating with cross-functional

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, psychology, human resources, organizational development, or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, team-based environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Assist with change management deliverables such as stakeholder analyses, change impact assessments, communication plans, training and enablement plans.
• Support execution of change activities across one or more projects.
• Track change actions, risks, and issues and elevate as needed.
• Draft internal communications including emails, FAQs, newsletters, and intranet content.
• Help maintain communication calendars and distribution lists.
• Coordinate reviews and approvals with project and business stakeholders.
• Support development of training materials such as slide decks, job aids, quick reference guides.
• Assist with training logistics (session scheduling, attendance tracking, feedback collection).
• Help update materials based on stakeholder feedback.
• Participate in project meetings and capture notes and action items.
• Maintain OCM trackers, logs, and documentation.
• Coordinate with project managers, functional leads, and technical teams to stay aligned.
