Zusammenfassung

Precision Task Group is seeking an OCM Analyst to support enterprise change initiatives, ensuring employees are informed and prepared throughout implementations and transformations.

Under guidance of senior practitioners and project managers, you will develop deliverables, assist with communications, training materials, and maintain trackers, collaborating with cross-functional teams to stay aligned.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, psychology, human resources, organizational development, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, team-based environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook).

Aufgaben

• Assist with the development of change management deliverables such as stakeholder analyses, change impact assessments, communication plans, training and enablement plans.
• Support execution of change activities across one or more projects.
• Track change actions, risks, and issues and escalate as needed.
• Draft internal communications including emails, FAQs, newsletters, and intranet content.
• Help maintain communication calendars and distribution lists.
• Coordinate reviews and approvals with project and business stakeholders.
• Support development of training materials such as slide decks, job aids, quick reference guides.
• Assist with training logistics (session scheduling, attendance tracking, feedback collection).
• Capture notes and action items in project meetings.
• Maintain OCM trackers, logs, and documentation.
• Coordinate with project managers, functional leads, and technical teams to stay aligned.
