Job summary

Precision Task Group, Inc. (PTG) is seeking an OCM Analyst to support change management for enterprise initiatives, system implementations, and transformations.

You will work under senior practitioners to ensure employees are informed, prepared, and supported throughout change programs. As a preferred Workday and ServiceNow Partner, PTG delivers technology solutions across government, higher education, and healthcare.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, psychology, HR, OD, or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, team-based environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Assist development of change management deliverables (stakeholder analyses, change impact assessments, communication plans, training plans).
• Support execution of change activities across projects.
• Track actions, risks, issues and escalate as needed.
• Draft internal communications (emails, FAQs, newsletters).
• Maintain communication calendars and distribution lists.
• Coordinate reviews and approvals with stakeholders.
• Support creation of training materials and job aids.
• Assist with training logistics and feedback collection.
• Capture meeting notes and maintain OCM trackers.
