Job summary

The role involves coaching at senior levels and designing metrics to measure impact.

Responsibilities include needs analysis with HRBPs, collaboration across functions, and leading enterprise-wide initiatives with measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, or Organizational Development required.
• Master's degree in Organizational Development preferred.

Responsibilities

• Advise leaders to drive culture change and align with strategic plan.
• Build organizational change capability (teams, leaders, practice community).
• Collaborate with HRBPs and leaders to analyze needs and design interventions.
• Coach managers and individual contributors to address organizational needs.
• Develop, design and use metrics to evaluate interventions and outcomes.
